Mid Cornwall Landscaping delivers commercial soft landscaping across Cornwall for developers, main contractors and organisations commissioning new or improved outdoor spaces.

Our work extends beyond housing developments to solar farms, industrial estates, schools and other commercial sites. Our forthcoming programme also includes landscaping for new hospital accommodation in Truro.

 

We work from approved landscape drawings and specifications, with planting-scheme design and development available where required. Each package is shaped around the site, project requirements and construction programme.

Tailored landscaping packages

We welcome enquiries for commercial landscaping packages ranging from approximately £5,000 to £500,000, depending on the scope and requirements.

Whether the work involves individual plots, shared green spaces or planting across a larger site, we coordinate with the project team around ground readiness, access, other trades and handover requirements.

Environmental and sustainability requirements

Environmental considerations are an important part of commercial landscaping. Plant selection, soil preparation, native planting and the successful establishment of trees, shrubs and seeded areas can all contribute to the wider landscape strategy.

We work to the agreed drawings and specification, taking account of Cornwall’s varied site conditions. Any planning conditions, ecological requirements or project-specific sustainability targets should be identified at the outset so that responsibilities and delivery requirements are clear.

Planting design and visual guidance

Where design input is required, we can develop planting proposals and produce mood boards showing plant mixes, colours and sizes. These help the project team understand the proposed planting and agree the intended appearance before installation.

Accreditations and aftercare

​

Mid Cornwall Landscaping holds Constructionline and CHAS accreditations, with SSIP approval through a recognised member scheme.

 

Our commercial landscaping work includes a 12-month defects period. Ongoing maintenance is not included as standard, although occasional work, such as grass cutting to stock plots, can be arranged when required.
